Meet Local Author Jamie Sussel Turner At Barnes And Noble

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or on edge?

Really, who isn’t these days? Well, help is here!

Carve out time for yourself on Sunday, March 31st from 2-4pm to join local author, Jamie Sussel Turner, at Barnes and Noble in Eatontown.

Jamie will be doing a reading, leading a Q & A, and sharing lessons from her new book, Less Stress Life: How I Went from Crazed to Calm and You Can Too.

The journey of Jamie’s book began in August, 2017 when she longed to finally get better at stress.

Instead of ignoring or distracting herself from stress she decided to try something new—zooming in and focusing on stress—every day.

This might sound counter-intuitive. Focus more on stress, you say? But that is just what Jamie did. For one year she was a daily stress detective.

When she spotted a stressful moment she asked herself this powerful question: How can I think or behave differently so this moment of stress is not debilitating but defining?

Jamie jotted her observations in a stress diary, uncovered her stress triggers, and turned these and stories from others into a readable, helpful, and inspiring book.

Join Jamie on March 31st as she shares her journey from crazed to calm.  You may just leave inspired to do the same!
