Inspirational Women Gather To Talk About Health And Wellbeing

In one week from today, several local women business owners from Red Bank will meet to discuss and share ideas on making “2019- Year of the Fit”. The concept is simple and the speakers are so well-informed and accessible. We invite you to attend this first, of a four-part series geared to celebrate making our lives the healthiest they can be.

The speakers are:

Danielle Buccellato, owner of Renaissance The Studio in both Red Bank and Hoboken. Danielle started doing pilates in 2000 and opened her first studio in Hoboken in 2004. In 2014, the second studio was opened in Red Bank. Danielle educates students on various studies of pilates, including mat, bands, apparatus and Davinci Bodyboard. She’s been certified by Stott Pilates and Pilates Academy International. Danielle is also a graduate of The Functional Anatomy of Movement and Injuries at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. She  is also the creator of BodyArt Americas.

Nourish Coaches Wendy Bright-Fallon and Debbie PetersonWendy and Debbie are integrative nutrition counselors with the message that real food made simple can be delicious. Their mission is to help people choose more nutrient dense foods that provide more than just fuel for the body but also information to help our metabolism, our hormones, our brain, and feed a healthy gut microbiome.   Debbie Peterson and Wendy Bright-Fallon first met in 2007 at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where they received their health and nutrition certifications. Both Debbie and Wendy counsel individuals, families and athletes in their quest for looking, feeling and performing their best.  In addition to their private practice, they run workshops, do regular speaking engagements, produce a bi-weekly podcast, Nourish Noshes, and provide an online nutrition program. Wendy and Debbie are passionate about helping people shift to eating closer to nature.  They believe that one of the tools to leading a healing lifestyle includes playing with food. This inspired them to collaborate on writing nourish – a community created cookbook with over 140 simple and healthful recipes with pictures included to whet your appetite.

MindfulNest Therapy LLC, owned by Melissa Kramer, LCSW. Melissa offers comprehensive mental health services including Adult Individual Therapy, Couples & Marital Therapy, Family Therapy, and Child/Adolescent Therapy. The practice provides assistance with issues including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions & sexuality for individual adults, couples, children and entire families. Ms. Kramer specializes in counseling children & adolescents with anxiety and behavioral problems in addition to couples and families who are experiencing challenges due to issues and circumstances such as divorce, death, parenting, lifestyle changes & transitions, anxiety & stress, health, or a variety of other situations. Melissa has always had a deep desire to help and connect with others in an impactful way and to offer solutions for positive change. But more importantly, she has a greater mission to remove the stigma from the concept of mental health counseling and to those who seek therapy.
