Eating healthy isn’t hard work when you can include organic and nutritious food into the celebration! At Fresh Kitchen, we believe that fast food can still be healthy food. Here are a few menu items for you to try over the Labor Day weekend:
Create them your way, YUM! Customize your own wrap or choose your favorite from the menu!!
The Roots:
One of our favorites! Real food, real good, sweet potato mash, grilled peppered onion, lemon peel broccoli, pomegranate beets, celery, ginger carrots and cracked freekeh.
Come in and check out our Buffalo Chicken or our BBQ Pulled Pork Flatbreads!
Buffalo Chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, celery, pickled onion, and cilantro. Pulled Pork, tangy BBQ sauce, blended cheese, garlic, scallion, roasted onion and tomato. Super delicious!

Fresh Kitchen sources their ingredients from the best vendors and they also try to work with local farmers when possible. For example, the lettuce used in all the recipes is are locally sourced, hydroponic and organic.

There are various protein add ons that are available that are also organic and free-range. You can choose to eat in or take out. Fresh Kitchen lives up to their name with only fresh ingredients. The selections can work for vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free diets.

This is what eating local is all about. Enjoy the friendly staff and convenience of local healthy food. Most importantly, the owner and chef value the impact of supporting local farms.
