As we enter into August, the fresh and incredibly vast array of fruits and vegetables abound and are evident in the menu at Fresh Kitchen. We incorporate fruits into our fresh blended cold brew teas. We also feature a new “Flavor of the Week” to really tempt your tastebuds!

Fresh Kitchen sources ingredients from the best vendors and always tries to work with local farmers whenever possible. For example, the lettuce used in all the recipes is locally sourced, hydroponic and organic. There are several to choose from including spinach, kale, marigold, romaine, watercress, tatsoi, shiso and red sorrel.

As you know, these greens are the base of several salads on the menu and are included in other favorites like wraps. In addition to the Mediterranean, Beanacado, Grilled and Chilled and The Roots, you can create your own custom salad.

You can always choose a protein add-on that is also organic and free-range. Whether you eat in or take out, Fresh Kitchen lives up to its name with only fresh ingredients. The selections can work for vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free diets.
