The In Good Company Dance teaching artists are made up of dance teachers, somatic movement practitioners, pilates instructors, personal trainers and yoga teachers who also offer master classes and workshops throughout the local NJ community.
They’ve joined forces for this one-time event to take you through a journey of empowerment, strength, relaxation, peace and bliss that will directly aid Ukraine and the “Voices of Children” mission to help children overcome the consequences of traumatic military events.
Join us for the full two hours and try something new, or feel free to come for a session or two. Suggestion donation of $25 or above; 100% of proceeds will go to “Voices of Children”.

More about our teachers:
MELT METHOD WITH JADE – 6:30 pm: Jade Vieira is a lover of movement and has been dancing since the age of three. Being a dancer has not always been easy on the body, so self-care became a very important part of Jade’s training. The MELT Method is a self-treatment technique that helps prevent pain, heal injury, and erase the negative effects of aging and active living.
MAT PILATES WITH KATE – 6:50 pm: Kate Brannan obtained her BA in Dance at the University of Maryland in 2001. Kate was certified in 2003 as a Classical Pilates instructor under Joseph H. CHAIR YOGA WITH ROBIN – 7:45 pm: “I love chair yoga because everyone who can sit in a chair can do it,” says Robin Candrea, yoga teacher and choreographer/dancer. Everyone can use yoga to stretch and strengthen, breathe and relax. And learning some seated-in-a-chair poses gives us the ability to practice just about anyplace and anytime.
BREATHWORK WITH NICOLE – 8:10: Nicole Smith Levay is a professional dance teaching artist turned Energy Coach, who helps stressed-out empaths utilize breathwork and somatics to feel energized and aligned to do the work they’re called to do. Gently release stuck energy with a simple breathing pattern that will move healing energy through the body while relaxing on the floor.
REIKI WITH MIRANDA (during and post breathwork): Miranda Taylor is a Reiki master and teacher at Hunterdon Hills Ballet. She lives in Englishtown NJ with her daughter Maggie and partner Larry. Reiki is a form of energy healing and balancing that has calming and rejuvenating effects on the mind, body and spirit.
