Happy Valentines Day! Love Seals? Love walking in nature?
Come bring your loved one or anyone you’d like for a winter walk at Sandy Hook National Recreation Area.
Join Society Naturalists Jeff Dement and Nicole Haines as we embark on mini adventures around Sandy Hook in search of seals and waterfowl!
Dont forget to bring your binoculars or cameras to get a closer look at these beautiful creatures.Â
We will be walking about 1 mile or so and checking different spots around Sandy Hook that The Littoral Society knows to yield best results.
After the walk, head back to building 18 for snacks and warm beverages!Â
**PLEASE NOTE: Membership status will be verified.**
We will be walking on sand or dune trails, strollers or young children who cannot walk far should stay warm and indoors at home.
