Transformation Tuesday is a trend that encourages people who have lost a good amount of weight to post before and after selfies of themselves. We’ve “Scene” other trends before and are thrilled that this one promotes a healthier lifestyle change.
The Jersey Shore has many awesome spots that not only offer great views, but welcome people to come and exercise outside. It isn’t winter yet and before we all start working out inside, take a look at our Top Five recommendations where a long walk will help make everyday a beautiful transformation:
1- Boardwalks– They are numerous here at the Shore and one is guaranteed to be the perfect length for your walk.
2- Manasquan Reservoir– There is a 5 mile perimeter trail or a 1 mile interior Nature trail.
3- Edgar Felix Memorial Bikeway– A 5.2 long trail starting in the town of Manasquan and ending at Allaire State Park.
4- Sandy Hook Multi Use Pathway– An 8.5 mile path with stunning ocean views and beaches leading to Ft. Hancock.
5- The Henry Hudson Trail– A tree lined 24 mile pathway that is mostly paved and mostly flat.
Where is your favorite place to power walk?
