The Jersey Shore has many awesome spots that not only offer great views, but welcome people to come and exercise outside. This is the BEST time of year to get outside for a dose of natural vitamin D!

1- Boardwalks– They are numerous here at the Shore and one is guaranteed to be the perfect length for your walk.
2- Manasquan Reservoir– There is a 5-mile perimeter trail or a 1-mile interior Nature trail.
3- Edgar Felix Memorial Bikeway– A 5.2-long trail starting in the town of Manasquan and ending at       Allaire State Park.
4- Sandy Hook Multi-Use Pathway– An 8.5-mile path with stunning ocean views and beaches leading to Ft. Hancock.
5- The Henry Hudson Trail– A tree-lined 24-mile pathway that is mostly paved and mostly flat.
