ABOUT NICOLE LERARIO & MEG CALLUS

Nicole Lerario, LMT, is the founder and owner of A Kneaded Vacation, a massage and wellness center located in Red Bank, NJ. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist also certified in Thai massage, a Reiki/IET Practitioner and a Yoga instructor.  She started A Kneaded Vacation to help empower people to live healthier lives, especially those who are still struggling and looking for relief after trying just about everything else. Nicole believes in the power – and has witnessed the dramatic results – of combining massage with stretching, yoga, energy work, guided breathing and counseling/self-care tips because a multi-pronged approach balances all the aspects of physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

Megan Callus spent the last decade studying the brain and body and found the most powerful way of changing and healing the body was simply adjusting the way we breathe. She created Boundless Breath, specializing in respiratory training (aka breathwork)  to teach clients how to use their breath to reduce stress and heal their bodies. She focuses on the neurology, biochemistry, biomechanics and psychosocial elements of breathing, teaching and utilizing practices that have been scientifically studied and verified in terms of benefits to health. In her practice, Callus has employed different breathing techniques to reduce symptoms associated with health issues such as GERD, Long Covid, respiratory dysfunction (such as asthma and sleep apnea), lack of endurance, stress, anxiety, and pain relief. “Whatever it is that you do in life, you can do it better with the right breath.”
