I have used this quick and simple recipe for many catering jobs. From weddings to backyard parties, this is a winner! It’s a great recipe for bringing to a pot luck Fall party!
Harvest Pumpkin Dip with Roasted Sunflower Seeds
2 Cups Canned Pumpkin (not spiced)
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
3 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 Tbls Vanilla
2 Tsp Roasted Sunflower Seeds (optional)
3/4 Cups Sugar
1 Bag Ginger Snap Cookies
Soften cream cheese in the microwave, add all ingredients except the seeds- blend till smooth. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Surround plate with cookies for dipping! Enjoy this perfect yum! If you are going for a Fall theme, use a scooped-out pumpkin as a serving bowl.
