Often called Christmas crack because it’s addictive. Simple to make too!
Put a single layer of 2 sleeves of saltines edge to edge over parchment paper.
Make caramel – *1 Cup brown sugar and 1 Cup butter. Melt, stirring constantly till boils 3 minutes. Pour over crackers, and spread evenly over crackers. Pop in the oven for 5 minutes.
Take out and sprinkle with 1 bag of chocolate chips. Wait a couple of minutes. With a small spatula spread now softened chips to completely cover the crackers.
Add crushed candy canes, sprinkles or nuts. Pop in the freezer(or outside) to completely cool. Then break it into pieces. Enjoy!
