Yoga Brunch at White Chapel Projects

On Sunday, 22 November, join us at White Chapel Project for delicious stretching, breathing, and brunch! Yoga with Nicole Kanna Abbruzzese at 10 am includes deep stretching, strengthening, breathing, and alignment to the ambient sounds of Jimmy Farkas.

All levels welcome. This class is not to be missed! Nicole has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and infuses many different techniques including Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar yoga, meditation, and pranayama for a joyful class. Follow @oneyogawithnicole on Instagram

Followed by brunch at 11:15 am in the main dining area.Yoga

WCP Brunch will be served in the main dining room and will include vegan & vegetarian options.

Space will be limited. Exceeds state & local Covid regulations. All Federal and State Covid protocols will be adhered to. Yoga will take place outside weather permitting, or in the large chapel area. Mats will be placed 6ft. apart and masks are to be worn until class starts. All participants are to be socially distanced upon their respective mats, where they are asked to stay for the duration of the class. Removal of masks is then optional.

Brunch will be served at a social distance and no more than 25% capacity will be admitted.
