Imagine floating on your back in warm water containing 1,000 pounds of Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate). The salt solution makes floating on water totally effortless.
If you have aches or pains before floating, you don’t have them after. Floating relieves pain, promotes faster healing, relaxes and de-stresses, and can even improve sleep. The benefits are obvious and immediate. The water is about 93 degrees F, the same temperature as your skin and the room temperature is a very comfortable 80 degrees.
