The Warriors At Work Voice

I am your Coach, Podcaster, Interviewer and Warrior Igniter. I am a seeker not an expert. I am an evoker not a director. I promise to not spew advice, how-to’s and how not to’s because it makes me feel better. I am a straight talking, practical, compassionate, intuitive Warrior who has dedicated her life to helping men and women in the workplace move from the predictable to the potent. Let’s start by talking about the new year, January specifically. There are lessons and transformations happening all around us. You can tap in any time you would like. I did and here’s what I learned…

Having Intuition and Soul are superpowers.

They fuel all of your professional attributes. Think about the moments when you are at your best at work. You are making smart decisions, you are being clear in your communication, you feel good in your body and you are calm and relaxed. I can guarantee you that it’s not just your IQ at work.

A personal vision starts with knowing how you want to feel.

Thank you to my friend Liza Bertini for sharing that nugget with me. It’s been the foundation of everything I am in action around this year. As you zoom out and look at your strategy, vision or goals, try to bring awareness to how you want to feel first. A feeling is at the root of any activities or plans. If you want to feel potent like me, I ask myself how am I connecting with that feeling?

Consciousness gives you choice.

A shift can happen in any moment, but you are not aware because you have your head down or you look at life through the lens of progress and results, you are going to miss the moment. What about tuning yourself to a word, a symbol, a story, a pause or a feeling? Stop the clock and look around.
