Why Was April Memorable?

I made progress with myself.

I saw a life-long dysfunctional pattern in full swing and made a conscious choice to shift and let go of an unhealthy friendship. I measure progress not perfection!

I prioritized self-care like I prioritize client needs.

My well-being is not a nice to have. It is a crucial, strategic ingredient to a happy and healthy life. Pushing or powering through a is a phrase I am working on releasing. I am also encouraging others to do the same.

I have the ability to manifest miracles.

Whenever I am in doubt of my skills, I can look at the mountain of evidence that is in front of me.

I surrounded myself with like-minded Warriors.

I am surrounded by intellectual, intuitive, soulful, strategic and truthful Warriors who help me to bring forth my best every day.

I took the idea of gratitude to another level this month.

I not only wrote daily gratitudes, but I verbalized gratitude every opportunity I could. I noticed that it increased my energy, deepened my conversations and made me feel calmer and more present. I have been wondering how long it would be until the idea of expressing gratitude would wear off. Thankfully, it has only become stronger. I am expressing gratitude right now as you are reading this sentence!
