From the Jersey Shore to national television, Navesink native Jon Martens is quickly making a name for himself in the entertainment industry. The young actor, singer, and dancer recently landed roles in two major productions — Disney’s hit television series Vampirina and NBC’s long-running drama Law & Order: SVU, showcasing both his versatility and dedication to his craft.
“Getting to work with the talented and inspiring cast and crew of both Law & Order: SVU and Vampirina has been an incredible experience,” says Martens. “Each day on set has taught me something new, from watching true professionals at work to discovering my own voice within these characters. I’m deeply grateful for these opportunities and will always cherish the memories and lessons I’ve gained along the way.”
Martens’ journey began right here in Monmouth County, where he first discovered his passion for performing on local stages and in regional theater. His natural charisma and commitment to growth quickly set him apart, leading to appearances on screen alongside seasoned professionals and acclaimed directors.
While balancing school and his fast-rising career, Jon remains deeply connected to his roots in the Navesink community. When he’s not filming, he continues training in acting and vocal performance at The Prep in Little Silver, New Jersey, New York and Los Angeles locations.
