Harvest Pumpkin Dip

I have used this quick and simple recipe for Pumpkin dip at many a catering job. From weddings to back yard gatherings, this is a winner. It’s a great recipe for bringing to a Holiday party!

Harvest Pumpkin Dip with Roasted Sunflower Seeds

2 Cups Canned Pumpkin (not spiced)

1/2 Cup Cream Cheese

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

3 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

3 Tbls Vanilla

2 Tsp Roasted Sunflower Seeds (optional)

3/4 Cups Sugar

1 Bag Ginger Snap Cookies

Let’s go! Soften cream cheese in the microwave, add all ingredients except the seeds- blend till smooth.  Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Surround plate with cookies for dipping! Enjoy a perfect yum! If you are going for a Fall theme, use a scooped-out pumpkin as a serving bowl.
