Learn the basics of beekeeping and harvesting honey, make your own milkweed seed balls! Come and meet Angela Juffrey, local retired schoolteacher and beekeeper extraordinaire, as she shares with us the vital role bees place in our ecosystem and how to care for them. There will be a live observation hive, flavored honey stick tasting, and more. This program is appropriate for all ages.
