BABY BOOT CAMP® WELCOMES ASBURY PARK TO ITS FAMILY
National fitness and nutrition program helps moms lose pregnancy weight, battle postpartum depression.
Baby Boot Camp, the stroller fitness and nutrition program for moms, is pleased to welcome its latest bundle of joy, Baby Boot Camp Asbury Park, with a Grand Opening Celebration at Parlor Gallery on January 15th 2018.
Delivered by nationally certified fitness professionals, Baby Boot Camp’s stroller-fitness classes combine strength- training exercises with cardiovascular drills in 60-minute sessions. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core strength.
“We are thrilled to help improve the health and wellness of Asbury Park’s families,” says Kristen Horler, CEO and founder of Baby Boot Camp. “Baby Boot Camp is not just about losing weight. We are so excited to help Asbury Park’s moms seeking to support nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle habits in their families and their communities.”
In addition to STROLLFIT and STROLLGA stroller fitness classes, Baby Boot Camp offers a 5K Training Program and Nutrition Solutions, a 4-week nutrition program for women, as well as StrollerFriends®, a free moms’ club to support healthy families, according to Owner & Instructor Hollie Fallon.
“Fitness and healthy living is a family affair” Fallon says. “I am very excited to bring the Baby Boot Camp program to my community.”
Fallon, who is mom to Jacob (5) & Rory (7 months) has been an ACE certified personal trainer & group fitness instructor since 2008 and has been instructing Baby Boot Camp classes since 2015.
