Date: November 5, 2022 (Rain Date November 6, 2022)
Time: 10 am – 2 pm
Location: Campi Dental – 2041 NJ-35 Wall Twp, NJ 07719
Event Details: At Campi Dental, we will be hosting our 17th Annual Candy Buy-Back where we collect candy from the local community and ship it overseas to the troops as a well deserved treat. We love to get the kids involved, by donating their candy they are eating less sugar while also feeling like they are contributing to a good cause. Campi Dental has worked with Kathy Cunningham and Team Shamrock raising money for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation for many years. Last year we collected over 825 pounds of candy and donated over $1,400 dollars to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. We hope to beat that amount of candy and the monetary donation this year. Please come out on Saturday, November 5, 2022 for a fun and rewarding day. We will be collecting candy from 10 am-2 pm at our office – 2041 NJ-35, Wall Twp, NJ 07719.

More About Always Supporting Our Military:

Always Supporting Our Military is a non-profit organization made up of about 20 retired Toms River residents who get together each week and put together packages to send to our military members overseas. Food, snacks, toiletries and more, all put together by volunteers who depend on donations and fundraising towards postage (about $18 a box) and supplies. Always Supporting Our Military has supported the Campi Dental Candy Buy-Back program for several years, shipping all of the collected candy overseas to our troops. www.facebook.com/asrmilitary/

More About Campi Cares:

The doctors of Campi Dental are extremely proud of their family history and reputation as leaders in both their specialization and within the community. In 1933, John G. Campi, DDS, the founder of Campi Dental, started the Boys and Girls Club of Asbury Park, which was just the beginning of the practice’s charitable efforts that would continue for decades. Today, the team carries out the tradition of passionately giving back and getting involved with the community through their philanthropic initiative, Campi Cares, which has a focus on overall health & wellness, nutrition, and education. Some of its signature programs include the Back to School Supply Drive, Veteran-focused Halloween Candy Buy-Back, Oral Cancer Awareness Month and Dental Health Month educational initiatives. www.campidental.com/about-us/campi-cares/
