We’ve got strategies to help you get that done.
In this group, we are going to focus on habits that really help us thrive, not deprive. You'll get the accountability we all need and the support of others shifting their habits. Six Monday mornings at 8:30-9:30 over Zoom to start the day and week off with clear intentions. The group begins July 11th.
