Description

Belmar is looking for volunteers to help with its latest beach planting project on Friday morning, November 20.

Kicking off at 8:30 a.m. at the 20^th Avenue beachfront gate, the effort will involve planting 3,200 native plants, adding to the growing beachscape barrier designed to help protect the oceanfront from powerful storms.

The work will move northward throughout the morning, allowing anyone from the community to join along the way.
