Expect the extraordinary from an Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet by David Burke and his brother Executive Chef Robert. Omelets made-to-order filled with decadent choices and traditional ones too. Crispy waffles, fluffy pancakes, real Vermont Maple Syrup and Chef Burke’s legendary Bacon on a Clothesline and Pastrami Salmon.
